- The location is great - just a few meters from a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. - Despite being in a peaceful, quiet area, it’s still conveniently close to the city center. - Staff were friendly and attentive, and the reception desk is open 24/7. - Breakfast was diverse and delicious. - Room, though compact, was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, except for a fridge, which was a small oversight.

The breakfast was quite good and offered a nice variety, although it would have been nice to have a wider selection of fresh fruits — there was only watermelon available during my stay. The design of the hotel is stylish and modern, and the location is convenient.

I love, that the TV is hidden behind a curtain! Very comfortable mattress and pillows on the bed (for me), good lighting from very mild to bright options (bathroom could use a milder night light option), good amount of hangers for clothes. And this time the artwork on the wall and throw-pillows was not so scary 😁. I also like that you can turn off the airconditioning for the night, as it is very loud and that there is a sofa-like sitting option in addition to the bed in the room. Breakfast is super, FAIRTRADE coffee, sugar and honey is super, service has been very good so far! And I love it is in walking distance from Tallink ferry harbour.

The hotel boasts a modern design and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was a definite highlight, with a delicious spread to start the day. The bathroom amenities were also of great quality. For the quality and location, Hotel Ax offers exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Helsinki.

Loved the design and the weirdness - in a positive way - of the hotel. Very modern and futuristic, but yet very accommodating in terms of comfort, calm and quiet, and very warm.
